Bookings
Do you require a deposit?
At the time of booking, we'll ask for a deposit of €300, to be sent via bank transfer WITHIN 7 DAYS of booking confirmation. Bank transfers are verified every FRIDAY MORNING, or before arrival for last-minute bookings.
If the amount of €300 exceeds the total cost of your booking, we will ask you to pay the cost of the first night as a deposit.
Cancellation Policy
We want you to book with total peace of mind.
✔ Free cancellation up to 41 days before arrival.
✔ 40 to 21 days before arrival: your deposit becomes a voucher valid for 1 year.
✔ 20 days before arrival through to arrival: your deposit is non-refundable.
If you're already at the hotel:
Early departure → 3 days on B&B basis
Late arrival → remaining days on B&B basis
We always recommend that you purchase “Insured Holiday” within 5 days of paying the deposit.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes. Each room in our hotel near the sea in Misano is modern and well-equipped, with Wi-Fi , independent air conditioning, TV, and balcony.

Which beaches do you have agreements with?
We have agreements with four beach clubs, all located directly across from the hotel: Bagni Cesare, Bagni Tilde & Virgilio, Bagni Speranza, and Bagni Salvatore.
We recommend reserving your beach umbrella in advance.
Availability is managed directly by the beach attendants.
